Repairs
Are you having problems with an AV system you already own? BEL can help, whether we installed it or not. We will come to you to diagnose any problems and get you fully operational quickly. While we’re at it, we’ll identify any other problems you may not be aware of and make necessary recommendations as needed.
Tuning
If your system is just in need of a tune-up, BEL can professionally clean, inspect, and re-tune your equipment as necessary. Sometimes, settings get lost or tampered with and it takes critical expert evaluation to identify what should be changed. If we didn’t install your system, perhaps it was not originally commissioned to BEL specifications.
Training
If you have a system but just aren’t comfortable with it’s operation, we can host an on-site training session for as many people as you would like present. Even if BEL did not install your system, we can familiarize ourselves with your installation and provide expert hands-on training.
We can also provide written step-by-step instructions if necessary, video record live training, and recommend various resources online for further learning.
Programming
With most modern AV technology gone digital, there is more programming required than ever before. BEL offers programming services for all types of equipment including audio processors (BSS Audio, QSC, Biamp), control systems (Crestron, Extron, Kramer), and enterprise networks. If your system is operational but you find your control system is not easy to use, let BEL re-program it so that it is!
